UMRAH VISA Requirement
1. Travel Documents
Passport with validity for at least 6 months from the date of travel with following conditions.
- At least two (2) adjacent blank pages on the passport for Umrah Visa.
- Green Card or documented proof of legal status in USA.
2. Photographs - Two (2) for Umrah, Passport size, Color with white background, Full-face view (Side or angled views will NOT BE accepted)
3. Parental / Guardian information on children (0-18 years of age) visa forms.
Provide copies of birth certificates.
4. Ladies are required to travel with a Mahram. Proof of relationship must be submitted with the application form. Ladies over the age of forty-five (45) may travel without a Mahram with an organized group, provided she submits a letter of no objection from her husband, son or brother authorizing her to travel for Umrah with Mina Travels. All copies should be notarized.
5. Confirmed round trip Airline ticket. (Mina Travels will provide this service)
6. Vaccination Certificate for Meningitis and ACYW135. For infants and children up to fifteen (15) years of age, a vaccination report is required for polio as well as meningitis and polio.
7. Umrah visas are valid for maximum of one (1) month.
8. New Muslims must submit a certificate notarized by an Islamic Center.
9. Cashiers check made out to Mina Travels for payment of package

"Vaccination certificates must be attached with the passport".
